Custom Order Process

Ironwood Garage Custom Art Order Policy

At Ironwood Garage, I take pride in crafting unique, high-quality custom metal art pieces tailored to each customer’s vision. To ensure a smooth ordering process, please review my policy regarding custom art commissions:

1. Order Agreement & Deposit

• Once I finalize the concept for your custom piece, I will issue an invoice for 50% of the total cost as a non-refundable deposit.
• Work will not begin until this deposit is received.

2. Order Cancellations & Refunds

• If you decide to cancel your order before work has begun, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and the remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded.
• If work has already started, no refunds will be issued.

3. Final Payment & Shipping

• Once the piece is completed, I will send a final invoice for the remaining 50% balance plus any applicable shipping costs.
• Your custom piece will ship once the final payment has been received.
